Vicki Christodoulou has more than twenty years of life sciences experience. She is the Senior Director, Clinical Affairs at Skingenix, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the research and development of regenerative wound healing products. She has been providing high level leadership regarding the clinical development strategy leading to commercialization of investigational products and reporting to the Executive Vice President.
She has been awarded a Juris Doctorate degree and has a fundamental interest in life sciences corporate law with an emphasis on merger and acquisitions law, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, securities offerings, and corporate governance. She holds a Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences with a Physiology concentration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences. She has consulting experience working with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in various professional highly competent capacities in clinical, regulatory, auditing and compliance programs for US product development and global life science product development. In addition, she has worked for two of the major leading medical center enterprises in the US, the University of Michigan Medical Center and the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center holding high level administration positions in the development of leading clinical trial programs in the nation for investigational products and devices.
